H.B. is usually the one who has "helped" me and every time he acts as though he shouldn't have to do anything to help. Almost always I've had great customer service from T-Mobile employees BUT this store and especially this employee (H.B.) do NOT reflect T-mobile customer service. There were six people working and only one other customer was present and tbeing helped. The associate helping that customer was the only one that said hello and the rest just stood around until one said she could help....but no smiles, no common courtesy or even basic pleasant customer service. This town is known for having appalling customer service but this person and this store as a whole is one of the worst. I ended up taking my device and walking out. I can guarantee I won't go back to that store. I've experienced this three times too many.

We were not greeted by employees when we walked in. We said hello to the two male employees who…read morelooked at us, then turned away. We started looking at the phone selections and were told, "Sit down and no browsing of the phones allowed." There were absolutely no signs saying we couldn't browse. In my 9 years of being a customer to T-Mobile, I have never experienced such rude customer service by any T mobile employee but here at the Gallup location. The whole vibe and atmosphere was unwelcoming.
