He was very professional, nice, knowledgeable and even presented well with his "pinky" pink sunglasses and gave my husband and I a pair as well. We agreed on a price that was very competitive, especially bc of the amount of green mold on our home especially in sides and back. Our backyard is very private with huge trees but this causes a lack of sunlight back there and it was green! He scheduled us the very next morning and text us when he was on the way. Chris returned with another amazing associate "Reggi!" I cannot give this hard-working young man enough accolades for his thoroughbreds, talent and again very professional as well. He had his pinky shades on too and offered us a pair again but we told him we already got from Chris yesterday. They move anything in the way, though we didnt want them to have to do a lot so we moved most porch stuff off and they git the heavy chairs etc. They did the "BEST PRESSUREWASHING" we have had. They got all mold off siding, brick skirt, did our porch and driveway since it had to match walkway and porch that were now a beautiful, clean smelling and dirt and mold free everything! They sprayed off some other decking we opted not to powerwash just to blow off debris making yard much better. I am estatic and going to smile everytime I pull up to my house and see the beautiful clean and white soffet/metal that looks new even though it's 14 yrs old! Chris and Reggi are at the top of their game and Pinky's is our new, forever pressure washers! Thank you!!!

We wanted to make sure the house was pristine when we brought him home, and WOW did they deliver! Even though we were cutting it close, they were willing to work out their schedule to accommodate us in time, which was a real lifesaver because my son arrived almost two weeks early! We've continued with their service for about a year now, and they've been consistently wonderful, not only in terms of the quality of the clean but also in terms of the interpersonal engagements with Jenn, the owner, as well as her entire team. Our schedule sometimes calls for some extra flexibility, which Jenn's team is always able to accommodate, and no matter which members of the team end up on our schedule we know we're in good hands. Recently, Jenn and her partner Jerry came along on our cleaning as they orientating a couple recent additions to the team. From my home office, I could hear Jerry giving guidance and tips and was impressed with the little addition insights and touches that Top 2 Bottom brings to the process. Towards the end of the cleaning, I took the dogs for a walk and carried them up to a bathroom to dry their feet since I wanted to maintain the perfect clean. While I was toweling off their feet, my eye was drawn to the shower in a way you'd only see in a movie or a meme; it was mostly behind me, but out of the corner of my eye the shine of the clean struck me. It was such a simple thing but WOW it really blew me away how bright and clean the grout was. When I headed to the nursery, I found a great surprise which I snapped a photo of and was about to send to my wife when I realized I should let her discover it for herself. I had a work engagement that evening, and was en route when I got the call from my wife. Our son's Mickey and Minnie Mouse had been staged to look like they were reading together in the nursery chair. It was the sort of "surprise and delight" touch that Disney World itself aspires to, and it really did surprise and delight my wife. Our dimmable lighting had been set to pleasing levels throughout the house, and as always the cleaning was just perfect. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough!
