Patients deserve clear and accurate disclosure of provider credentials before receiving care. Over a period of approximately three weeks, I spent nearly $1,600 at this practice. This is not a minor amount, particularly given that: * some charges were processed without clear authorization * receipts were not provided despite requests * pricing appeared significantly inflated compared to other clinics * and treatments, including non-FDA-approved options, were aggressively pushed in a sales-driven manner This did not feel like a standard medical encounter and raised serious concerns about transparency and informed consent. The practice does not appear to have properly trained clinical nursing staff on site. Front desk operations, billing, and patient communication are handled by the physician's wife. In my experience, her behavior toward female patients was entitled, dismissive, and rude, creating an uncomfortable and demeaning environment. Concerns were met with condescension rather than assistance, and follow-up communication was poorly handled, including unresolved billing and medication issues. Overall, customer service was unacceptable. Patients should also be aware that multiple complaints about this practice are publicly reported, and my own complaint has now been formally submitted and is under review by the appropriate authorities.
