From the outset, the physician represented himself as practicing internal medicine. After…read moreindependently contacting the Florida licensing body, I was informed that he is not licensed as an internist in the state of Florida. Patients deserve clear and accurate disclosure of provider credentials before receiving care. Over a period of approximately three weeks, I spent nearly $1,600 at this practice. This is not a minor amount, particularly given that: * some charges were processed without clear authorization * receipts were not provided despite requests * pricing appeared significantly inflated compared to other clinics * and treatments, including non-FDA-approved options, were aggressively pushed in a sales-driven manner This did not feel like a standard medical encounter and raised serious concerns about transparency and informed consent. The practice does not appear to have properly trained clinical nursing staff on site. Front desk operations, billing, and patient communication are handled by the physician's wife. In my experience, her behavior toward female patients was entitled, dismissive, and rude, creating an uncomfortable and demeaning environment. Concerns were met with condescension rather than assistance, and follow-up communication was poorly handled, including unresolved billing and medication issues. Overall, customer service was unacceptable. Patients should also be aware that multiple complaints about this practice are publicly reported, and my own complaint has now been formally submitted and is under review by the appropriate authorities. Anyone considering this clinic is strongly encouraged to: * independently verify provider credentials * carefully review and authorize all charges in advance * request written receipts * and exercise caution when pressured into treatments Based on this experience, this practice would not be recommended

Ilona took me in at the last minute because I was leaving on a trip for 3 weeks and my lashes were a real mess. She fixed them with mostly all new lashes, I love them. The salon was clean and Ilona was gentle and professional with my eyelids. Trust is huge with eyes, I really trust Ilona and she will be doing my lashes from now on. Worst massage of my life and I get them regularly and have for decades! That's not what a female wants to what when she's naked on the massage table!!!! Zero self awareness. Speaking of self awareness he literally would not lighten the pressure when I asked and also would forget and later in in the massage would start aggressively massing an area full force, had to remind him of my hurt areas to make sure he wasn't going to injure me. He also barely used oil and I had to to ask, never ever experienced that where they don't use oil to the point where it was rubbing my skin and causing discomfort so I had to speak up (and still had to remind him) it's like he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing, I think he was distracted by my "very good shape body" or something bc he didn't massage the areas I asked him to several times, he kept forgetting the level of pressure, he never massaged problem areas I asked for several times, I paid extra for a 30 min reflexology for my feet and ankles and I had to ask / remind him several times & still never got a full 30 mins of feet and ankles. He never worked the problem area which was my inner left leg and groin / knee area ... literally had an entire conversation about the sore leg (multiple times) I promise you every knot he found he seemed to like completely avoid it instead of working it, he also didn't know where the groin muscle connected and I had to point out that's why the entire leg hurts bc the muscle connects at the goin and again near the knee so the entire thing hurts .... I was extremely disappointed and they really should refund me for the lack of service. He straight up ever gave me the reflexology I paid extra for. It was very obvious too and I know they can hear me bc they don't have doors and I could hear people in the lobby so they heard me tell the man over and over again to please work my problem areas. He spent more time on areas that weren't even sore. He also probably isn't even licensed bc I truly don't know what that was. But he was distracted and he kept making comments a it num body I think he was distracted by the "very good shape body" made me so uncomfortable but really I'm mainly upset that I didn't get the service I desperately needed and now I need to go back again but can't go back until next weekend bc of my schedule so I'm very aggravated I didn't get what I paid for. And I will be happy to delete the review if they refund me. I was hoping they wound cal and rectify bc like mentioned it was obvious I wasn't happy although I didn't complain and was kind, they had to have heard me.
