I had wanted to have them reupholstered for years but never quite had the money for the project. I contacted several upholstery places in the Charleston area, all of whom quoted me significantly more and told me I needed more fabric for the project than Quality Upholstery did. I'm still on the waiting list for one of those places actually! Quality Upholstery went above and beyond when I found myself on a bit of a time crunch in needing the chairs due to having a large group of guests coming in. Despite having some serious health issues with one of their family members, they were able to get the job done even before the time they quoted me. I am so happy with the results and grateful for their service! Highly recommend!

Said it would take two months. Nearly five months later, after my insistence, chairs were returned. One chair looked ok. Other chair had fabric sagging in the seat and mismatched armrests. Offer was made to recover chair but declined as I do not trust her with my chairs, especially after she had them for FIVE months. The excuses given for delay may have been legitimate but with excuse after excuse after excuse, my confidence and trust in this business was gone. See photos as evidence of poorly done work. Would recommend that if you decide to use this business you get some guarantees in writing first.
