They hired painters to spray paint onto our garage walls who painted over railing even though I asked them not to. This was in July and today 6 months later I'm paying an extra 2k to have all those painted parts replaced along with a new garage door opener motor because chunks of paint had been stopping rollers from rolling properly damaging the rails, rollers & motor. So I'm out of pocket 4k in a home that's one years old in April. Please do not hire a painter who does not like using rollers/brushes to protect your property.
