This hostel is not suitable for big and heavy suitcases, because there's no elevator, but when you're with a backpack/ smaller suitcase it works just fine. For your convenience there is a bar right around the corner, and the super market and a drugstore/ banks are just about a 10 minute walk away.

But as soon as the owner saw my brother's service dog -- a certified, working dog that helps him get through each day -- he said "no pets" and refused to listen when we explained. Then he noticed we were using our prescribed medical cannabis and used that as another excuse to kick us out, telling us "no smoking." We're two veterans who just spent a week helping others heal, only to be shown no respect or understanding ourselves. We were made to feel welcome to use all amenities, and felt relaxed and right at home. We stayed two glorious nights, enjoying the dramatic sunsets while sipping wine on the front balcony. Breakfasts were scrumptious - fresh fruit in abundance, and other delights to savour! Timing was on our side, as we also got to see the bald eagle nesting nearby. A wonderful B&B experience - not one complaint! We will most definitely visit the next time we head to the Upper Sunshine Coast!
