FANTASTIC gunsmith. I have known Neil for more than 7…read moreyears thru his shop ( Bartlesville Shooting Supply) and his partners. he has a good supply of guns and ammo on hand along with many other items we tend to shop for. Holsters, cases cleaning supplies and other stuff we need. I can't count the number of "Smithing" jobs he has done for me over the years ( more than 25) All were done correctly and exceeded my expectations. yes it can take awile but I have learned in over 40 years as a firearm enthusiast that a good gunsmith like Neil will have a waiting list. he does his best to meet out Rush needs but can only do so much while maintaining the level of quality that he does. Jennifer came into his life and the shop and brought a fresh set of eyes to the shop. old inventory was moved out. New items in. I watched her learn our industry and is a great asset to the shop. it's a shame Bartlesville is pushing another vital Business out because they want to turn the area into a parking lot. I purchased a nice shotgun from Michael Murphy & Sons via Guns International. Prior to purchase, I…read moreemailed asking for more detailed photos of the gun. Marc was very accommodating and informed me the shotgun was a customer trade-in and was in near new condition. The price was very reasonable - quite a bit cheaper than buying a brand new one, so I bought it. When the gun arrived at my FFL I was amazed. I truly looked new. I emailed Marc to let him know I received it and was impressed with its condition. He promptly emailed me back and said there had been a minor mixup in which the used gun I purchased was accidentally sold twice, so he sent me a brand new gun of the same make and model. This is beyond excellent customer service! He could've contacted me and said the gun was sold and refunded my money but instead sent me a new shotgun at the used gun price. Amazing!

Buyers Beware! Please do your due diligence when purchasing a firearm from this seller. We…read morerecently purchased a shotgun from them that was not identified as a left-handed shotgun anywhere in the description or our correspondence. Upon learning this information while having the gun professionally fit it was discovered. We contacted Michael Murphy and Sons and were informed to "get the cast bent, they do it everyday." This response from Marc Murphy was extremely disappointing as we've been searching for this specific type of gun for almost a year. Now we are left we a firearm that either needs a new stock (and possibly fore-end to match) or attempt to sell it to a left-handed female trap shooting gun. Hopefully this review will prevent someone else from being taken advantage of by this company!
