Right away he explained to us how the Pousada works. He was always attentive to us and our needs. This place is a gem. The rooms are beautiful, the pool is remarkable. Gabriel and Jimena gave us excellent recommendations and the deck is to die for! I really felt like I was in the Greek islands. The room is luxurious but cozy at the same time, and the hotel makes a real effort to make you feel like you're at home. When our driver from Rio canceled on us prior to our Buzios departure, Jimena went above and beyond to secure a new driver for us. Thank you for an amazing stay- and if you are staying in Buzios, don't look further than this hotel!
