I had a good conversation with the anesthesist (very friendly man) and I discussed the whole procedure with Dr Danau. The surgery mattress was very comfortable (warm). The nurse gave me a pretty feeling. Around 1 pm I was in the recovery room: head professional taped and eyelids covered. 1 hour later I was ready for going home to start with the recovery. I went several times back for follow up (included in the price) eg removal from the band aid, check status, removal from dreads, ... I have no negative points to add : friendly staff and they know their business very well. Location is very good. Enough free parking. I would recommend it to other people.

Also, my children love to go to her because she is always explaining what is she doing and my boys are very curious and they ask a lot of questions. Nevertheless, she is always explaining, caring and very gentle doctor. When Dr Bedoret was on holidays I had a crazy flu and I went to Dr Giraud from the same medical cabinet, MediWoluwe, and she is very professional and very caring doctor. In my case the flu is becoming infectious and I need antibiotics. Both ladies doctors agreed without asking them to give me this medication even in Belgium all the doctors send you home with paracetamol. So, they are both excellent doctors and excellent persons. They are just rude, seem stressed and over-worked, but most of all, they will make sure that you, the patient, will be blamed for it. If you're sick, sorry, you can only call them between 8h and 12h. if you don't manage to get through, you will have to wait until the next day. Most of the times your appointment will postponed with another few days (which is practically impossible if you need a paper to leave work - no understanding from them, no, they won't shy away to tell you 'YOU should understand what a busy life and important job THEY have). You're always put with another doctor, they are not conventioned (screw the poor people) and they will charge you the full rate even if they haven't performed any medical tasks (examination, prescription..) and occupied their time for 5 mins because you had a information question..
