I also go to find my original comments and they have deleted my comment off all their social medias platforms. Don't waste your dollars on a company that doesn't give a f*** about their customers. My original message: "I am telling every one of my friends to never shop in this store. I recently ordered a pair of shorts from FreshLabels online store and when it arrived they were dirty and the wrong size. I went to the store to exchange them and they would not accept the exchange as they were dirty and they accused me of cutting the tags off the shorts even though they came like that when I received them. On the website the only size available to buy were the size 26 (which was the size I ordered) but for some reason on my receipt it said size 28 but I didn't think much of it as I figured maybe there was a problem with the SKU and as the store said in their email to me that it was fine to exchange so I didn't think much of it. To top it off now conveniently the shorts are no longer available on the website so I can't prove that I ordered the right size. I am so livid. Don't shop here unless you want to get scammed."

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this place. Not only is it a TRUE vintage shop -…read morewith real awesome collectables and not just a bunch of junk thrown around - but the owner is WONDERFUL. She is incredibly stylish and sweet and warm. When you walk in, it's not just shopping - it's therapy. If you want to be cheered up, feel welcomed, find something unique and totally in your price range, and walk out feeling better than you did when you arrived - then definitely come here and visit Becky :) In fact I don't even know why I'm raving about this place because it just means you might go and buy something that I've been eyeing :) But there are always some surprises waiting so be sure to visit and take a look!!

Fortunately, it's great fun and British expat owner Rebecca is a delight who has a great eye. My friend and I spent a pleasant time browsing, buying, and chatting. Many years ago the - then fresh and new - outlet center was a revelation for outlet enthusiasts. I…read morewas able to snatch mad sneakers from the Nike store for very good prices: They were never the newest models but always 30-70% cheaper than the number on the original price tag. It was pretty much the same for the other stores as well. However, that has changed a lot in recent years. Nowadays you could pretty much just remove "Outlet" from the name and call it "Fashion Arena Center". You rarely find REAL outlet goodies except maybe at Lindt were you can buy easter or christmas themed stuff almost all year for slightly lower prices than usual. Overall: No bargains and a pretty stupid format ("Arena"). Outside of the stores it's always cold and windy and since the stores are all on the same floor (ground level) you have to walk quite a distance in order to get from one place to another. Reboot this place with the original idea in mind, please?!

It's not USA shopping (and yes I have to admit I am spoiled by shopping in USA). But on the other hand when you go the right day and time with special offers than you can get a good deals. Still for some brands I still find the discounted prices quiet high.

It is a nice smallish shop in Slovansky Dum, where you could get brands like Versace, Missoni, Alexander McQueen ... If lucky and if they are just loaded with fresh collections, you could even pair your dress with the matching shoes and handbag, what a joy! Club cards and discounts available once your cumulative spend would be 50 000 Czech crowns (approx. 1800 Euro). Why I will not award this business with five stars? Because their prices are much higher than you would pay for the same stuff in Germany, and because the availability of dresses and shoes do not always fit to your needs. Summary in the Czech language: Pokud je vas rozpocet "na hadry" vetsi a nebojite se barev a extravagance, zkuste obchudek ve Slovaci, Hypnose. Klubovou slevu dostanete, jakmile u nich utratite 50 000 Kc. Tak do toho :)

The overall ambiance is extremely good and the layout of the store actually flows quite well. The one thing that sticks out to me in this particular LV store especially when compared to the US is the price. Literally everything here is quite a bit cheaper then you'd see in the states and when you factor in the VAT refund, count me in! Overall, this particular LV store is a winner in nearly all facets of the luxury goods business and should really satisfy your shopping needs. Pros- Great selection (men's/women's and watches) Great service Fantastic prices VAT refund for non EU citizens Complementary champagne Great inventory levels Cons- Closes early

I really liked a light blue winter coat but the other location didn't have small sizes. They said they can't see in other locations what their inventory is. That was a bit inconvenient but nonetheless I didn't give up and found it in this location after visiting one other Marks & Spencer location. This one is located in the Palladium shopping center and is slightly larger in size compared to the other two locations I went to. Happy shopping.~
