The restaurant was understaffed and we waited for over an hour for our food but she made it VERY pleasant and apologized for the RUDE waitress when I asked when our appetizers would be ready ( this was after waiting for 45 minutes). Love had no control over anything as she was subcontracted for bar service but took the initiative to check on our food and make sure that all of the patrons that were also waiting FOREVER or dinner were taken care of and checked on. Her demeanor and customer service skills are above and beyond what are expected. I understand that X-mas Eve is busy for restaurants but poor service is still not acceptable and Love saved the day. Only advice I'd give is to make sure you order more crostinis.
