The head foreman is Chuck Dellinger. If Chuck is still with Shamrock, the company gets my highest rating. If he isn't with Shamrock, find where he does work. Chuck made certain that everything was done perfectly by the subcontractors, even if it required them to do some things over and other things that were beyond the scope of the contracted work. Further, Chuck has incredible skills and does the best work I have seen, which involves three similar complete remodels of older houses in the three places we have lived.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had our…read morehouse painted in June and almost immediately we had concerns. They did not cover any of our appliances or furniture during the job leaving specs of paint on our countertops and some appliances. The lady leading the project was pleasant; however, she minimized the poor behaviors of her team. She herself admitted that one of her guys was lazy. This made me pause considering the cost of the job. Why would you employ someone who you know does a poor job? This was awkward and resulted in us having to point out many mistakes. There were parts of the home left incomplete. We reached out to them and they did come back to fix errors once. We pointed out several areas and they would say "this will look better once it's dry." That was not the case. My husband discovered another area behind our living room tv that was not done properly. He reached out to the lady, Celese, and sent pictures of the wall. On September 9, 2025 she confirmed that she would need to get with the owner (I believe this is her husband) to see when they could schedule time to come back. We have followed up repeatedly through text and calls directly to the business phone number since then and they have clearly decided to ignore us. They continue to prove from beginning to end that they are not a reputable company.
