What you're getting here is redundant stock and nearly out of date food at cheap prices. Admittedly there are some cheap, low quality products in there but pick and choose what you buy. Quite a lot of the food is heavily discounted compared to supermarkets which is great, the only problem is that the next time you go back they might not have the same product. Generally this doesn't bother me, for example they've always got discounted crisps but not necessarily the same brand. I have once experienced a product being poor because it was close to its sell by date but I've saved so much over other products its not a worry. The shop has loads of selection and such a wide range of products that whenever we need something at home I pop in to Buyology to see if they've got it. I haven't had much experience dealing with the staff but the one time I did ask if they had any more stock of an item a gentleman checked their delivery that had just arrived and got me another one - he did say it was rare being able to get it that easy off the delivery but half the thing for me is that he actually made the effort to go and look.

When it was Hyper Value it seemed rather empty and low on stock. Now its a Buyology Store its packed with goods (many of them still in cardboard boxes) and it takes a while to walk around the whole store. The stock is typical of most discounts stores and prices are low as you would expect. I think these shops can be useful for buying little things that you don't want to spend too much on and I usually buy things like candles, stationery or pens from Buyology. This shop has a large stock of children's books and games but not of them looks worth buying! I recently bought a cheap dictionary and a thesaurus from Buyology, which was a mistake as they have hardly any words in them! The dictionary doesn't even include Aardvark!

Those reviews here belong to a long time ago when an old lady was managing the store and customers were happy. As long as Abdul, the new agent is running the store, it is awful! In fact the current seller of this shop is not a normal person at all. The shop pretends to be a cheap place, while has some bad quality stuff with triple the price of similar stuff in other shops and never cuts a key which can work at all. The man in the bright day light takes your money without any shame and then accuses you of racism! He charged me £7 to cut 2 keys, not working. twice I took them to the shop for a refund. The third time he refunded me on my debit card. The next day I checked and realized rather than refunding he had taken another £7! I went there, burst into anger and asked for my £14 or will call the police! He was laughing at me what did the police do? When he noticed I was serious, refunded me in cash. There was a CCTV there, recording all that happened. He lied to the police I spat on him and called him a bad name! It is now recorded in the police station. In the future, be aware if he wants to play the race card, he has at least one record in this regard at the police station BE MINDFUL WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD, HE GETS MONEY OUT OF IT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND WITH NO SHAME, IN THE BRIGHT DAYLIGHT!

It was created over 100 years ago by Ernest Jardine, which was later transformed by the Showering family of Babycham fame. In 1996 Roger Saul, the creator of British luxury brand Mulberry bought Charlton Brewery and renamed it Kilver Court. Its is a hidden oasis with little hidden pathways, lakes, lookouts and other treasures waiting to be explored. The 3.5 acre garden is set against the backdrop of a 19th century viaduct which was constructed by two sides of brick and stone, as well as an additional brick skin to strengthen the structure. There are two food options, the Harlequin cafe which serves tea, coffee and cakes and the largest restaurant which serves lunch options, located near the garden. The Kilver Court Village,  set in a restored textile mill is where the discounted designer shopping is. Although it's not dirt cheap,  if you were pining for something from last season, you might find it. For most things there is up to 50 -70% off most merchandise. However it will still dent your pocket. Despite the lure of the shops, I think the garden is the real attraction and should require most of your attention. It's best to go in Spring and summer where the garden comes alive with camellias,  magnolias and later the Rhododendrons.

You will notice Jason's Trading Post from the outside because of the amount of stuff they have out on the patio in front of the doors - from gardening pots, to sink trays, to cooking ware - they really do offer a load of random bits and pieces. The best thing about the place is that they are really cheap, so if you are a bargain hunter then you are in for a treat - you will probably find that everything is much cheaper than it would be from any chain store - and the staff are so friendly and happy too which just makes a bonus! It's a great place if you are after something for the home but you're not sure where they would sell it, as you will probably find this shop has what you are looking for. It's also good to just have a look around to get some inspiration - it's hard to leave the place without a few items in your hands!

I wouldn't really buy anything here that I expected to be very high quality or resist heavy wear and tear but for basic items like a dustpan and brush or something it's quite handy.
