Frank was a no show to give me an estimate, no communication that he was running late or unable to make it. He accommodated coming early one morning to give an estimate that seemed fair. Fast forward to when they were scheduled to do the work, 30 minutes past start time no sign of Frank's team and no communication. Contact the office find out that they won't make it today. My experience has been poor communication and unreliableness. Won't be giving them a chance to reschedule and waste anymore of my time. It was a small job so maybe not worth the effort to provide good customer service. Seeing the business's response adding this - I understand things happen and I am not expecting perfection by any means but a little bit of respect for my time and communication would have been nice.

Finally we were at the point where I could cover the studs and insulation and I am glad I didn't leave that in scope for my GC. I looked around a bit and found these guys. I don't have much to add that the other reviews haven't. Frank was communicative throughout the process from quote through execution and final invoicing. His crew got started right after we approved the work and they were onsite every day working to get the work done. He brought over a crew of like 4 or 5 guys who hung the drywall, mudded, sanded, primed and painted the ceiling of the 2 garage bays, enclosed stairwell and 500sqft bonus room with high ceiling, in like 5 days! If my GC would have been scoped to do this it would have been a 2 month process. Frank personally did a walk through with me after. Highly recommend.

Zine is great and took the time to answer questions and clearly knew his craft. The final result came out even better than we expected! Despite the harsh winter we just had, the patio has held up beautifully and still looks great. We're looking forward to warmer weather so we can start using it regularly. I would absolutely recommend Atlantic Masonry to anyone considering a patio or masonry project.

The same thing happened. Zine decided to return the third time and replace the problematic sections that were separating from the foundation. It is now the middle of October and I continue to have the same issue. He said he'll return and has not yet. He has suggested that I need to paint | seal the stucco. I want to do that but first need to know that it does not separate from the foundation so I don't waste my effort. Update on Oct 24. Zine came out to meet with me today. I now understand we had a miscommunication. He said he is a man of his word and I believe him. I will post photos of the new work and results. It might be in the Spring since the weather is getting too cold for stucco work.

I was impressed and then allowed them to do the floor in my boiler room, which they wanted to do at the time. The exterior part of this wall is brick, which I had repointed by another firm a couple of years ago. The floor waterproofing work was not successful, as I got water in again after a heavy rain storm. I called them, emailed and txted with no response. I did so for a month. The reason people will primarily go to a larger firm for waterproofing and not give these independent folks a shot is because of situations like this. I have no recourse to get value for this job which they require payment in cash, they have taken my money. So in conclusion, be aware.

In addition, these guys are not insured for waterproofing services, they're insured for painting. We had these "contractors" come to determine why our basement flooded and they recommended french drains. They came, dug a trench in the side and then asked us to give them nearly $30K to fix the foundation wall of a house that was recently built. Was left with a trench on the side of my house that needed to be refilled. Interested in hiring these "contractors"...don't - they're scammers.
