It completely soaked the cabinet below my sink and, of course, ran into my finished basement. I found this business on Yelp and contacted them. They came right out within a day or so and conducted a damage assessment. From there they handled all the processes and paperwork with my home Insurer. The crew was prompt each of the two days they worked at my house, were quite respectful of my property (wore booties to protect the floors, etc.) and removed all the damaged material safely. They have a very knowledgeable staff, provided excellent advice, customer service and kept me informed along the way. Once I contacted them, I really didn't have to do too much of anything, as they took care of the necessary procedures, including keeping my insurer appraised. I don't know about the overall value as far as price is concerned, since my insurer handled this directly with them, and covered the expenses. My insurance accepted their assessment right away.
