I know this to be true because I taped my conversations with Ms Faulkner and reviewed them with a close friend who's been an expert witness and whose sister was divorce attorney. She told him if I made a complaint to the they wouldn't do anything about it because she pays her dues. She was right.

Mr. Sedlak is hands down one of the greatest lawyers I've had the pleasure of working with!…read more I had an extremely high speeding ticket and when presented this ticket I thought I would lose my license on top of the crazy fees. After numerous calls with other lawyers and feeling doubt and nervousness with the amount to pay for their outrageous fees on top of no re assurance my ticket will be reduced... I stumbled onto Mr. Sedlak who told me not to worry and to come down to the office and get it fixed right away! His fees were extremely affordable and the ultimate outcome of his positive mental attitude and resourcefulness got my ticket reduced down to a mere parking fee! I have to be frank, if there is anyone to give your money too, this is the guy and he'll make you feel confident leaving the office knowing your case will be resolved to the fullest of his abilities. I got a speeding ticket on the Taconic and unfortunately just hit the six point penalty speed limit. I literally pulled over at the next gas station, did some Google research and found Glenn Bruno who had great reviews. By the time I hit the next gas station, he and his wonderful assistants had already spoken to me by phone and walked me through everything that needed to be done. His fees were extremely reasonable and within a few days, he had filed all of my paperwork with the court and we were ready to go. He kept me posted on exactly what I would need to expect and set very realistic expectations on what he could achieve... and then he achieved way more than he said he would. I went from a six point speeding ticket which not only would've cost me a fortune but would have affected my insurance down to a fairly minor ticket with no points. The state of New York is tricky. It's probably the only state where I would suggest that you always contact an attorney if you get a traffic ticket. The reality is that doing so will get you better outcomes and you will probably spend less money in the end then if you had just paid the ticket or tried to defend it on your own. It is my plan to drive exactly the speed limit on that curvy, windy, hilly road in the future, so I hope I don't ever need to hire Glenn Bruno again. But God forbid I ever get another ticket, I know just who I will be contacting- Glenn Bruno had just been entered into my contact list so that I can reach him on speed dial if need be.

Like many people these days when you find yourself in a situation where you need a lawyer you're…read morenot only nervous about the situation but you're also nervous about finding a good lawyer that is knowledgeable and will not leave you needing a bankruptcy lawyer (LOL). I was referred to Mr. Clarke on a fb group and I'm so thankful I posted the question. The process was easy and he always made sure to explain the situation & possible next steps every step of the way. I never felt as though I didn't know what was going on or how long something would take. My divorce was uncontested and my ex and I split the attorney fee (which was Mr. Clarke's idea) which was another thing I didn't know was possible & a definite money saver. I highly recommend this law office for both contested or uncontested divorces if you're looking for someone who will represent your best interest & keep you in the know.
