I have emailed and messaged this company many times and even wrote a letter as their phone number does not work and they have completely ignored all my correspondence. Appalling lack of customer service and considering they are in the public eye I would expect much more from them. I am recently widowed and am nearly £30 out of pocket which I cannot afford for late mouldy pies received after their use by date, I deserve a refund but they have constantly ignored me. Disgusting service from RADFORDS PIES, avoid at all cost !!!

We visited this small bakery just before Christmas when we were in Lancaster to meet up with…read morerelatives and exchange pressies! I'd found out about the Yummy Cupcake Company in an online search and decided to look up their menu which looked great. I must say ladies and gents the real thing DOES NOT disappoint... and the pictures do not do the cakes justice... yeah they look fab but the tastes... well they are divine! I had a chocolatey Diam Bar cupcake which was beautifully crafted and flavoured and my partner had a Baileys slice.. which was sprinkled with festive glitter. They both tasted amazing! We each had a drink, a coffee for him and a festive spiced hot apple juice for me, which really hit the spot. The cafe is cosy with a bench of seats in the window and several tables and chairs alongside this. The friendly service we received really made us feel like we'd want to visit again, the guy at the counter was really pleased we'd discovered them online and made the effort to visit. All in all a really great experience, just what I'd expected from a brilliant cupcake company!
