The inspector came on time, was professional and found a number of items that needed to be fixed. he even identified some minor issues on the roof; all items I had fixed. Also some of the flashing around the chimney was on the "Outside" of the siding. Estimates to fix the problem ranged from 1600-2400 dollars. I was so upset I wanted to sue but did not want the stress. I contacted Diamond and they agreed to pay me the 350 dollars back if I released them from liability. Bottom line (and I knew better).
