I'm writing this review because this school is horrible, a lot of the students are just terrible human beings who think they are entitled to behave however they want. They are labeled "popular" because they are just straight up bullies to people who are "weird" or different from them. I'd also like to mention that these brats are favorited by many staff including the administrators. A genuine terrible human being could do one good thing and they'd be rewarded like crazy, all of the attention on them while the good kids get left in the dust. This has happened more than two times. The past three years I have spent here felt like hell and I am glad Im never coming back. I won't miss this school in the slightest. Edit: A lot of the kids here are plain dumb also. Some of the teachers don't know how to teach (Ahem, a certain math teacher in the 8th grade). I had to teach myself for most of the year, that's why my math grades have been lacking. Back onto the topic of dumb children, this school is infested with them. All they do is sit on their phone with their ear buds, then they get all surprised and mad when they fail. Since they are so dumb, they can't seem to grasp the idea of getting in trouble. They all respond with the same "What did I do?!". First of all, people at the front office were rude. I would say more than twice I was told off for something that didn't make sense. During this time, I was a student and had to go to the office for errand reasons but this office staff had nothing better to do than taunt their students. Second of all, there was a particular math teacher that was incredibly horrible at helping her students. Once again, always making fun of her own students for not doing great in math. Wow. Prior he was a student at Fannie Fitzgerald because I was able to use them as the zone school for the daycare he was going to but when changing daycares I was forced to register him to our original zone school. all three years there was always inappropiate student behavior from language that was used to unwarranted physical contact. each incident was met with complaints to the administrators and they would handle it but I feel the behavior of students in this zone is very bad for the area we live in. the teachers were great, my son had many praises for his teachers Ricketts and Greene. finally i think parents of future students should voice how much they don't want to have their student's promotion outside, the team that organizEd the 2024 promotion DID NOT take into consideration that parents work, and that family may be traveling to attend. they planned for two days both which showed rain on the forecast months in advance, they waited until the morning before the promotion to send an email to families about the rescheduling so if folks took off from work they now have to consider not attending in the new date due to a 24hrs notice. they want working families to be involved but only hold meetings between 5-7p during the work week and only those who attend can have input... so a bunch of non working SAH parents really make the decisions for everyone and you can tell. overall if you can afford to send your child to private school or have circumstances that will warrant a transfer to another school in PWC then you should give it a try to avoid disappointment.

The test scores fall far below the state average and it's because the teachers can careless and they are only coming here for a check. The 7th grade assistant principal Mr. Brian Coleman is a different type of breed of the human species. I walked into the lunch room to have lunch with my son on his birthday and caught him yelling at the students over the microphone and threatening the poor students because someone let off a stink bomb and there were several fights. (There are ALWAYS fights happening at this school, it's non stop). Even when I sat down to eat lunch another teacher told me I couldn't sit where I was sitting lol. Mr. Coleman has a nasty attitude with the parents and the students and idk how he is still employed there after I have complained about him on several different occasions. Mr Edgar Dawson a 7th grade teacher is just as horrible...he will pick on your child in the classroom and degrade them in front of their peers all while smiling to your face and denying he did or said anything. I didnt believe it at first until my son showed me a video of him in the classroom talking and yelling at the students in a disrespectful manner. I've complained to the principal and superintendent but of course they sweep these issues under the rug. My son will not be attending this school next year. They don't care about the students, there is a fight every day, the teachers are not qualified, and the administrative staff does not respond to complaints properly. If I could give this school a negative score I would. And don't allow your kids to eat the school lunch!
