The toilet was functioning properly before their work. After their technician moved the line and reset the toilet, the toilet became loose and had to be revisited because a mounting bolt had not been tightened properly. About 90 days later the toilet began leaking. Cornerstone charged $475 to "pull and reset" the toilet but did not replace the connector hose that was identified as the source of the leak. Instead, a temporary repair using plumber's tape was performed. The toilet leaked again shortly afterward. A licensed plumber I hired confirmed the connector hose needed replacement and discovered a hand towel wrapped around the hose behind the toilet. I ultimately paid another plumber $480 to properly repair the issue. I have requested a refund and reimbursement but have not received a resolution.
