But, the service was truly amazing. The first evening we were served with warmth, courtesy and efficiency. It was such a great experience that we were determined that we were returning before our vacation ended. Our second visit we were served by Brandon. His interaction with us has become a highlight of our trip. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and frankly hilarious. It took an amazing meal and elevated it to a highlight of our entire trip. I would and do recommend your restaurant not only because of the quality of the food but because of the exceptional experience your service staff provide.

Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The restaurant was completely empty, and ordering was done only through a screen -- no human interaction at all. It felt like we were still in the COVID era. The food arrived in small brown paper containers with plastic utensils and cheap paper napkins. It honestly felt like fast food, not a restaurant experience. To make it worse, gratuity is requested on the ordering screen, and there's no option to rate the service afterward.
