This garbage company is what happens when a country privatizes its postal services. They give no notice, have no system to leave packages at your home, and they can't seem to figure out that requiring the recipient to travel one hour, one-way to a pick-up center in some shitty ICA or bodega, which isn't even the closest shitty ICA ot bodega, is even a problem. You can't pick up a package without a text code from PostNord, which is impossible if you don't have a Swedish phone number...they don't have different stamps or stamp prices for, say, a postcard vs. a multi-page document in an envelope. They are a ripoff, they have monopolized the postal system with their awful "service", they are slow af, and, well, they make Sweden look like a bureaucratic nightmare in everyday life, which is impossible to ignore. The mail is always late, the service is unpredictable and the customer service is absolute nonsense. Everything moves so, so slowly. I would not recommend unless it is not the only choice you have. read more

Never answers phone, mail, text or chats. But they send invoices so we know they're alive. Sometimes they deliver on time and sometimes the goods ain't broken, so that gives them one star. read more
