Then when i got the notification that "receiver was inaccessible" i called to figure out where my package was. When i called i waited on hold for 45 minutes just to talk to a guy that didn't know his left from his right. i told him many times i would go pick the package up and he insisted i get it redelivered. When i told him no yet again because i did not want this to happen again, he finally agreed and let me pick up my package. He said i would get a notification by 9 am the next day saying where my package was and that i could go and pick it up. Fast forward to the next day. I had a busy morning so i checked at 11am. No notification saying where my package is and when i use there online chat thing it says there is an issue and i need to call purolator again. So by now im really pissed and to make matters worse, i waited on hold with them for 2 1/2 hours. Once i finally got through i told the lady what was happening and she said that it was at the center but they needed to make up "paperwork" and that i wouldn't be able go pick it up until Monday or Tuesday. Which is absolute bullshit. if i dont need paperwork when you were supposed to deliver it my house, why do i need paperwork now? Anyways its been almost a week now and i still haven't got my package.
