There's a serious lack of accountability--tracking numbers are issued, but the packages never arrive. It's hard not to suspect internal theft when this happens so often. Worse, their customer service has been unhelpful. No refunds, no resolution, and no effort to investigate properly. I strongly advise others to avoid using Belgium Post, especially if your items are valuable or time sensitive.

They continuously changed their story as to why, the package was over sized, the package had an incorrect delivery address, etc. All of this was incorrect. Bpost's online chat bits are useless. Calling gives no way to speak with an actual person. E-mail does no good. Only after opening a claim will resort in a week delayed reply. Every reply after that is also delayed by a week. And the interactions are like speaking to a wall. Bpost has the worst customer service I have ever experienced out of any company. No one cares to assist their customers. They essentially steal your package and your money and then ghost you. SO NOT USE BPOST! Pay a little bit extra for a reputable company with decent customer support.

A bit of a ritual of mine, I posted loads of postcards using correct money stamps from the actual post office on a Saturday at 10:30am and they landed on British doorsteps on Tuesday. Fabulous! There was quite a queue to start off and again a ticketing system, however one of the staff was standing at the ticketing machine and finding out what services customers required and was directing them accordingly. I found this very helpful and was soon in another queue waiting on what appeared to be overworked staff. Finally front of the queue and the lady who served me and the one who she asked help from both spoke very good English, were very friendly and assisted me with everything I required in a nice friendly way. With it being so busy I do think they forgot to give me all the detail I needed and I finally had to come back and ask, which was quickly dealt wiith by someone else, who also spoke very good English. Now that I am home I find that they forgot to return my drivers licence that required as identification. I will be seeing them soon again and hopefully they are holding my licence for collection.

Big clean and modern post office, spacious and quiet (on a morning the week before Christmas), intelligent and friendly young multilingual staff. Numbered ticket queuing system like most Brussels post offices. Still fairly new and little known - I was redirected to it from the now-closed post office in Avenue Cortenbergh, which I suppose it replaces despite being about 10 minutes on foot from there.

Good location near the mall. As soon as you walk in, there is a ticket button, so press the red…read morebutton and then prepare to wait as there is always a crowd here. Nice thing is there are 5 counters full of folks working here are pretty fast and efficient so your number does get called pretty soon. To get here via public transport, closest train station to use is Roodebeek. Otherwise you can park in the Woluwe Shopping Mall, where its sometimes easier to find parking spots than the narrow strip of parking in front of the post office.
