This is the third time Belgium Post has lost my package, and I've had enough. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a service where items repeatedly go missing. There's a serious lack of accountability--tracking numbers are issued, but the packages never arrive. It's hard not to suspect internal theft when this happens so often.
Worse, their customer service has been unhelpful. No refunds, no resolution, and no effort to investigate properly. I strongly advise others to avoid using Belgium Post, especially if your items are valuable or time sensitive. read more
