We always come to this branch to send our mails/packages on a Saturday as they are open upto 1pm. Service provided can be random: sometimes we have good service & sometimes not. Line is usually long.
Today, the service was just okey. But a simple gesture of the agent touched me: we have a tiny package to the U.S. & the form we had was for "Päckchen". He suggested to make it as a "brief" (letter) as it was small enough & so we can pay less. He took the initiative to get the new form for it for us too. I guess the point is that he 'can' just not say anything & we would just pay more & his work will be easier as well. Appreciated the effort!! read more
