This seems to be the normal for this post office as others were in the building with a similar issue. It's terrible the way one has to go to Amazon for updates to know when you have to go retrieve your own package that was supposed to be delivered. And if it's a large package, no matter if it says out for delivery it is never sent. The Amazon tracking said it was attempted delivery about 15 min before I went to the post office and picked it up. I would not recommend for anything important or critical or needed by a schedule. The staff are friendly and help when you come in.

Also, the mail carrier on my street is always on her phone and doesn't like to get out of her vehicle to deliver packages. Instead she jams them into the tiny mail box, breaking it and the items in the packages. My neighbor bought a new mailbox only to have it broken within a week. No respect and deliveries take much longer than necessary due to laziness.
