I was absolute dummy and didn't know anything about how to place proper address, proper stamps etc. I didn't wait for a long time in the line. I recommend this office to everyone.

So this has happened twice now. 1st time I let slide, but it happened again and I am p*ssed. To…read morestart, I am a disabled Veteran who gets his medication in the mail, as most of us do. The driver once again had delivered it to the wrong address. When I called to complain about this, I got the run-around until I got to the point of insisting on speaking with a supervisor. Flash forward to today. The driver who misdelivered my package was in the driveway waiting for me when I got home today in a FedEx van. He states that he went to get the package, and it was gone, so there is nothing he could do. I said, well, to be honest, maybe if you are not sure which house to deliver to ( there are only 2 out here, mine and my neighbor, whom I don't speak with), maybe he should call and get confirmation that he is delivering to the correct address. He proceeds to tell me that there are these things called numbers that people put up on their drive to tell people where to go. I have numbers on my house. Again drive is about a half mile long. Plus, putting up numbers would mean doing so on a neighbor's property as they own the surrounding land that leads to mine. (No one else has an issue using GPS to get to my place.) To say this is unacceptable is an understatement. This is insulin that we are talking about. So now I have to do what I can to get more from the VA, and hopefully they can help me.

Ive called, Ive filed claims, Ive painted the numbers on my house so large you can see them from a mile away and this still happens. It is to the point now that when I order something if it is shipped by FEDEX I dont even order it anymore. How hard is it to check the address on the house with the address on the label? The last time I called FEDEX in Paducah the lady and the supervisor both said, oh yeah we know exactly where that is, there is NO reason your packages aren't going to the right place!!! And that was for an order in APRIL that I am still trying to get fixed. Save yourself the time, and money don't use FEDEX
