It's awful. They NEVER answer their phone. I live a ways from there and I have to go all the way down there to get my questions answered on where certain mail is that was supposed to be delivered to me. I ask the mgr why no one answers the phone and he NEVER knows why. They are a mess. For me any ways!

They have done such great job with their employees that I have come to the Magnolia Post Office even though I actually live in a nearby rural location which is not connected with the Magnolia Post office and I am happy to drive here to pick up my business mail in this clean and organized place and have the highest respect for all the staff that are so efficient as well as friendly! They are not attempting to deliver my packages and reporting to Amazon that they attempted to deliver my packages. Amazon offers delivery to your home, not a piece of paper in the cluster mailbox. If the post office can't deliver packages to my house then they don't need to be taking payment from Amazon to deliver packages. Laziness or stupidity or both are what you can expect from this post office. If you have other shipping options it's worth the extra cost to have a component delivery service deliver your packages.

It's now at the Quinlan PO & they are demanding an extra $5.11 to deliver the card, saying Greenville screwed up on the pricing & that it should have been charged as a package. I had to go to the Greenville PO in person because after getting their direct number from the USPS service 1-800 number, they would not answer their phone. The Greenville PO flunky of an employee told me I needed to take up the matter with the Post master in Quinlan & I explained well that pretty much defeated the purpose of using USPS in the first place, if I have to drive to another town to collect my package I had already paid to have delivered. So I asked the FAT F for a refund, he didn't like my choice of words, so I told him this is AMERICA, we have free speech here, as I proceeded to pull out my phone to video this, which he immediately said I could not video in the PO, so I referred him to their poster 7. He then stated he had called the police. So I said fine I'll wait, but he still went in and hid in the back office, so I figured he's all talk and I left.
