They were also able to do the job right away which worked out great for me since I was tired of hauling my stuff to the laundromat. They offered to hookup my washer which was also a benefit for me since it was a tight area. It's a good thing they offered to since they saw that the one water pipe was leaking. They were able to fix that for me as well. I was very satisfied with there service and the work that they did. I definitely would be contacting them in the future.

We trusted La Rosa Remodeling LLC with a complete renovation of an older home, and it was…read moreabsolutely the right decision. The kitchen is now the centerpiece of the house. The cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash tile were installed with incredible precision. Every detail -- from grout lines to trim work -- is clean and well executed. The bathroom is equally impressive. The tile work is beautiful and perfectly aligned. Nothing looks rushed -- everything was done right. We also had a few new windows installed and new flooring throughout the house. The floors are level and seamless, and the window installation was clearly done with care and attention to insulation and finishing details. Large renovations can be stressful, but communication was clear, consistent and transparent. Any surprises behind the walls were explained clearly, with practical solutions. The project stayed on schedule and close to the original estimate. As a retired interior designer I know how hard it is to find a contractor who combines craftsmanship, organization, and integrity -- but this one does. We would hire Sam Nunez and his team again without hesitation.

He and his crew put in long hours and did about six months work in two months. Sam would often arrive on the job early in the morning and still be there in the evening. If he said he would be there at a certain time, he would be there. I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend Sam Nunez for drywall, plumbing and flooring work. His suggestions were also very helpful such as moving the radiator in the bathroom. --Ray D.

Never spent more time with a contractor that seemed interested in bidding on a small job but, then…read morenever submitted a bid. The guy seems to talk the talk but only works on what he wants to. ( I know that is his choice ) . But the guy came to my house without me knowing it, set of my ADT, measured and re measured the awning I wanted replaced . Then I never heard from him again. After looking up the price of the awning online I figured it would just be cheaper to make a roof there instead and sent him a text saying so. Weeks went by. I sent him a text saying if you want to bid on this job let me know and if you don't let me know and Ill find someone else. Never even got a reply. Saw him the next day carrying in groceries from his wife's van at 1 pm or so....

These guys were spectacularly bad. Let's look at why…read more Initially, we called four times in order to get them to call us back to even talk about a quote for a carport. When they did eventually call back and then come up for an on site look they were really nice. The owner was pleasant and seemed like a good person to work with. Then it started. First, they missed the initial start date twice. When they did show up they worked awhile and then left, said they'd be back tomorrow, and it was the following week when they showed up. They left tools all over the yard. Then they finally came and finished the building (but not the concrete yet) and the work was.... not great. The panels between the front of the car port and the ceiling underneath don't line up. Then it leaks water because they put screws in on an angle or some were so overtightened that it dimpled the metal. We asked that they hold off on pouring the concrete due to a family matter but when we called back they said it would get done before Thanksgiving. That holiday came and went with no word from them. Then they said stone would be delivered the next day for under the concrete. That never happened. We called and left messages in December to no avail. Then we started calling again in April after no one contacted us for the bulk of the winter with any information. It took two calls from my mom and three from me before they responded and then they were mad at US because I scolded them on the phone. The owner finally said he would come up to look at what needed to be done for the concrete. He blamed the lack of calls returned on an employee named Ryan. He showed up on a Sunday evening and checked everything out and said "I'll call you this week with a date on when we will pour the concrete, but we won't be able to pour for a week and a half to three weeks". That was fine since it was just nice to know he would give us a date in the next week. One week passed. Then two. Then three. No call. So we started calling them. A lot. I called several times per week for six weeks. Still no return call. We haven't heard anything back in months. I found a different phone number on their Facebook page than what was in Google but it still goes to the same answering machine message. They didn't even have a listing on Yelp before I signed on to write this. I'm making sure to go to every online review place I can find so people know how terrible this crew is.

He was a total waste of money! It cost me more money to repair what he broke! I can't believe he is approved contractor by yelp!

He helped us initially to just understand what we COULD do and what it would cost approximately for budget...with and without various items. It is hard to know how to visualize something without being able to simultaneously have an idea of the project cost. Vernon openly helped with that. Vernon has a program that allowed us to "see" inside the finished building and change things like the window size and the bathroom layout. We knew what things would look like in 3D ahead of time. During construction - Vernon and his team were nothing short of amazing. There was quite frankly a major part of the flooring that did not work. Vernon's foreman was ON TOP OF IT and did not settle until it was right. There was great communication and no extra cost to us - just excellent work. These guys show up on time, don't play loud music or cuss and they CLEAN UP.... Daily. It is actually really amazing in today's world that we had someone who we felt like we could totally trust at all times. Thanks Martin Carpentry for making our vision come to life!
