I hadn't seen beef tongue on any other menus and that is one of my favorite meats, so I was happy to order it and even more happy to have it be delicious. The meat was tender, the gravy on it was delicious and not too heavy, and very tasty on the spaetzle. The meat came with a side salad that I greatly enjoyed; the yogurt dressing I found on several German meals was super delicious. My partner got the Brewer's Salad, but while it was tasty with the maultaschen and sausage, he felt there was too much sweet dressing on the salad part. The beer was tasty!
