In short, the firm and its administrator (probably through incompetence rather than malice) failed to apply the basic rules of the settlement correctly so we ended up not getting the payment to which we were entitled. We tried to get them to pay via small claims court, but according to the process server, Liddle literally hid from him, and the firm locked the door preventing access! Now it seems law firms are circling again with a follow-up suit in mind, but I will be doing my best to ensure that this firm is not in the running.

Apparently she's the only one who recieves emails for them through their generic email. She was again extremelly rude at answering my question and seemed irritated that I was interested in knowing where the lawsuit was at in the process. I do not reccomend this company whatsoever as Olivia Haas' customer service skills are absolutely horrible.

This lawyer knowingly and with authorization, retainer and with texts and recordings telling this…read morelawyer that I did not want her help, Lana Strain waltzed into a Windsor courtroom and said she was my lawyer. Lana was confronted and tried some confusion bs. Lana Strain also told the Crowns office she was my lawyer and obtained my documents. All knowingly that she did not have my permission and even her secretary told for Lana Marie Strain to stop bothering me. Lana Marie Strain in my opinion should be disbarred. She has caused enormous issues because of her deception.
