Gina made me feel comfortable the first time I sat down with her. She's easy to talk to and a great listener. She gave me scripture to consider and also to memorize. I have been learning so much more about myself and how to handle my emotions and also how much my spiritual health is connected to my physical health. I can't say enough good about her God brought her to me and I don't plan to give up on our relationship anytime soon. I am definitely in a better place and I feel well guided and cared for. I tried everything--psychotherapy, books, strategies, and new tools--but the problem kept resurfacing. Hypnosis is often able to help with issues when other approaches haven't fully resolved them. As a Certified 5-PATH® Hypnosis Professional myself, I had my choice of many excellent hypnotists, and Liz was my top choice. She is Board Certified through the International Association of 5-PATH® Hypnosis Professionals and truly knows her craft. During our work together, she helped me reach the root cause of the problem, neutralize the limiting beliefs connected to it, and begin releasing old burdens that had been carried for far too long. My life is better because I worked with Liz. I'm deeply grateful for her skill and care.

I had a one-on-one conversation with Danielle prior to joining where she listened to all of my concerns and answered any questions that way I could make an informed decision. I ultimately decided that this was the best fit for me! My first appointment was truly what I had been looking for all along in a doctor's office. Jay and Danielle were both so kind, compassionate, and attentive when I shared my extensive medical history and they never made me feel like a burden. we were able to discuss my health goals and order labs. They also were so kind when I openly discussed things that were harder for me to talk about with my prior providers and have helped in changing and fixing treatment plans to better fit my life and make me feel more like myself again. Another positive is whenever I'm sick I can actually see my primary care provider instead of going to urgent care. As someone with a complex history this is so wonderful, because I don't spend 30+ minutes sharing my health history, here it's already known and taken into consideration. Plus each appointment, I feel like Jay and Danielle truly take time to get to know each patient and want to know how they're doing as a whole person and not just health wise.

I have been dealing with constant pelvic pain for 7 months. Today it is so bad I can barely move. I called to reschedule and was told it was a $50 cancellation fee. I know I can't make it. If I could, I wouldn't have called there to reschedule. So I ask that she have Donna Bowers, the PA I saw there call me. I was told the doctors don't call. I said, well I know she doesn't have anyone there at 10:40 because if you fill the appointment, then you have no reason to charge me $50. Could you have her call me then? By this time, I'm bawling, clearly in distress. Keep in mind that these are supposed to be mental health professionals. I told her you deal with emotionally fragile people. How are you going to feel if you do this to someone else, and they do something that can't be undone? She said that's why we have you come in. I said I'm not able to. She said this conversation is done and she hung up on me.
