Our sales person, Kim, rocked it! She showed us a high degree of knowledge, very helpful to us non-design / non-contractor / home owners. She never made us feel insignificant throughout the whole process. Kim even responded to my phone call when she was on vacation and was able to move our install up 5 days during a very busy season. She worked with us to optimize our design and stone usage. When the installers came they notice that not all of the cabinets were level and could jeopardize the stone performance over time. So they made a call to the store and the installers were able correct the cabinets and finished the install all within the scheduled time all while I was out of the country. Before the install, some people told me about the stone they purchased through discount centers and I felt like I made a mistake.
