I have a confession to make…read more.. First, though, let me declare, in no uncertain terms, that Nora Yolles-Young, founder of Young Hypnotherapy is the real deal when it comes to rapid transformation through hypnotherapy. She will rock your world in the most wonderful of ways. My confession is that I have struggled to benefit from hypnotherapy for decades. Let me explain: I, too, am a rapid-transformation coach and hypnotherapist and the hardest people to hypnotize are hypnotists. When in a hypnotherapy session I would find myself analyzing the methods of other hypnotherapists and rarely was able to "go in" like I help others do on a regular basis. I was dealing with a significant impediment to my work and health when I came to Nora for help. My body felt like it was shutting down due to a serious case of adrenal failure and my health, work, mental state, income, and life were shutting down with the condition. I felt desperate for something, anything, to work and nothing seemed help. Nora took me "in" within seconds, helped me connect with the subconscious mind's powerful abilities to make rapid shifts, and the results were amazing! I was able to experience in her hypnotherapy something that I thought I might never experience again. My mind was blown and my health began to heal immediately. I can't thank her enough for unlocking my inner power to heal myself. That is what she does. She empowers you, through her vast wisdom about how the mind--particularly the subconscious mind--works to heal yourself from the inside out. If you love the results from hypnotherapy and need a phenomenal hypnotherapist, you just found one in Nora. If you are not sure that hypnotherapy is even real or will work with you, then Nora is your hypnotherapist. Simply put, Nora is a kind and healing badass. Thank you, Nora!

Carolyn Sheehan is a friendly woman who explains everything she does to your satisfaction before…read moreyou make any final decisions. I had her do a past-life regression, and it was done privately in a room I felt safe in. I had full control during the process, and she recorded it so I could review it any time I wanted. I also took Reiki I and II from her. These were done in her lovely home, and she took all the time we needed to understand what we and she were doing. When I went in for cancer surgery, I hired Carolyn for remote Reiki. She enlisted volunteers to team up with her to do weekly treatments until I felt better. (And yes, I could feel them working from afar!) Carolyn's prices are VERY reasonable for all her services. I recommend her!

Lauren was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. I did not find resolution to what I…read morewas seeking following my experience but I do think others could. It was a mix of counseling with breathing techniques. The breathing technique part was great and I experienced a lot of relaxation so much that I've been researching and exploring meditation. If anything I got a sense of how much breath work and meditation can do. This was my first step in a healing journey and though it didn't work for me it opened other avenues to things and it was worth trying.

I returned to Jennifer for a Life-Between-Life regression session in early December 2019. Familiar…read morewith Michael Nelson's books and comfortable with Jennifer's profession skills, level of competence, and welcoming nature, I relaxed into the session feeling safe and secure. While I find many specifics of my recorded session to be of interest, I have benefitted immensely from one piece of advice, gifted by one of my "Guides." *** Place curved fingertips of one or both hands gently onto sternum/breast bone (amplifying both connection with guides and energy flow) to facilitate energy and prayer work.*** I have a history of shallow breathing; often my breath intake stops half-way down my lungs. If in a rush when eating, I feel a sense of constriction; even when I pause and stop eating, getting a full breath into my lungs has been a challenge. Imagine my delight in the past 3 days to discover that placing the tips of my curved fingertips lightly on my sternum consistently yields these results: I instantly can fill my lungs fully while inhaling; I have awareness of an increased energy-flow, as though energy/chi is circulating up from the chest and back down into the sternum. Others I have told about this technique have also felt an increase in their energy flow in the heart chakra area. Having a recording of the session is invaluable: re-listening to Jennifer guide and pose questions throughout the session, I am again impressed with her skills, sensitivity, and knowledge-base. I suspect layers of knowledge will be revealed as I re-listen and plan to type a transcript, especially of portions which deal with energetic practices and support/resources offered by my Guides. I highly recommend Jennifer Catlin and the hypnotherapy services she offers!

I chose Cynthia Thurman by searching around on the Internet - her location, smile and her being a woman all drew me in. I desperately wanted a female coach to help with something like weight loss. When I spoke to her on the phone initially, I knew she was for me. No pretentiousness or ego, and such a soothing voice. Cynthia made me instantly comfortable and I learned so much about myself in the Five Path program she utilizes. I've already lost nearly 15 pounds and it would likely be more if I was able to exercise more. I just went through a second shoulder revision surgery and still can't drive yet, but I imagine that soon enough, I'll be able to lose even more. The homework she gives for home also helps immensely. If you keep doing that, and if you let Cynthia into your subconscious, you can achieve great things! She gets an A+ 100 from me!
