Nice place, good quality food. It's not the best best, but quality compared to price is reasonable. I can recommend.

Very overrated. Too pricy for the quality. There are hunderds of traditional places that are so much better than this.

We were disappointed at the time but we found many other restaurants that had good seafood as well. We were traveling with other family members this time and thought this restaurant would be the best places to try pretty much every seafood dishes available in Lisbon and some of the unique foods that we can't get at home. We had barnacles, glass shrimp (it is supposed to have eggs outside the shell but unfortunately we were told the season was over so there were no eggs), spider crab, oysters with caviar, scallops, razor clams, and cheese with bread. My daughter's boyfriend tasted the barnacles for the first time and he loved it. We ended up ordering it twice. Everything was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the food. Excellent service.

Fresh seafood, worth a try if you ever visit Lisbon!…read more Highly recommend ordering the clams! It was so delicious especially when you dip bread into the sauce! Scallops were also very delicious! Very sweet! The crab was my least favorite. It didn't taste very fresh... it seemed like it was prepared and sat in the fridge for awhile before serving it. Overall, I highly recommend this and try the other items on the menu. Must make a reservation as they most likely will be booked up and won't be able to accept walk ins.

First let's talk location, it's near the Hotel Roma where we stayed so that was great. Next, prices are reasonable for the quality food you get. Last, service is slow but I hear that is standard in the area. Also, I'd like to mention our waiter was very courteous and helpful explaining the menu items to us. We shared Paella which was delicious, and my son ordered the Portuguese steak which he did not care for. We were unsure what to expect and it was a steak beneath ham, olives, eggs, and potatoes. A traditional style steak to the area. I also had a vegetable soup which was tasty and hearty. Over all the experience was good. I loved the appetizers, not pictured because they got eaten up so fast!

Marisqueira Roma - Fried bachlau swimming in its pool of olive oil. The potatoes were great. To be fair, bold and comforting flavors.
