Throughout my conversations and inquiries she answered all of my questions and stated I was very thorough. Why yes I am :) 30 minutes prior to my event I called Rania stating my party was running late due to plane delays etc(everyone was coming from out of town) and wanted to know if we could schedule the shoot 45 minutes later. She agreed. 45 minutes later no Rania and instead of calling she sent a text stating in a nutshell she wasn't going to make it because her nanny was unable to stay longer. I rated this business a 2 because I deserved a phone call in the event of cancellation just like I gave her a phone call in the event of my tardiness. After texting and emailing about full reimbursement I was finally fully reimbursed but saw in the notes the following ( money refunded because client was late, not a good fit). I think that's interesting. Was I not a good fit when I submitted my payment in full prior to the shoot? Probably not. I was very disappointed that my photo shoot was cancelled and the way in which it was cancelled and handled. All in all though I received a full refund, so I'm not angry, but honestly the professional shoot was more important to me in the end than the money and as previously stated I did not receive that.

Folks, I am looking at no less than 50 photos that are, in my opinion, PERFECT!!!! FYI: My definition of a perfect photo: 1. Both me and my fiance look our best of the best. This is a tall order. I'm talkin' perfect expression, flattering light, hair is good, I look thin, etc. etc. 2. It's well-framed with a cool background. 3. The colors pop or the black and white is solid. 4. It captures our true spirit and gets "us" 5. I am comfortable showing this it to anyone/multiple audiences: family, friend, business associate, or acquaintance. I now have FIFTY photos that my fiance and I both agree are perfection! She even made me look good when I have serious-face on! I NEVER look good with serious-face on! The only thing I'm bitter about? I'm going to become a complete narcissist because I can't stop staring at pictures of myself! NOTE: This is not to say that the rest of the 200+ photos are not perfect. They're actually all WONDERFUL. HOWEVER, once you've fully paid and are awaiting the arrival of the products you purchased, she disappears. She's difficult, slow to answer (if at all), and will eventually ignore all inquiries leaving you to wonder if you'll ever receive your purchases. From the first email exchange with Nikki, she put my mind at ease about photography. I was frazzled about timing on the day of the wedding but she managed to calm my nerves as soon as she walked in the door. She makes you feel comfortable - even in the awkward poses.
