Came in with my son for 3 month pictures. They had a promotion going on, one pose for a a certain price and that's all we really needed for the family. Starting off the studio was empty besides one other family who were already at the computer and we waited I feel longer than we should of had to for a different photographer to finally come and bring us back to start. The lady was very nice and interactive with our son and was pleased with that. Once we got to the computer to pick our pose she selected the promotion and proceed to show us the other packages which I understand you want to sell but it got so excessive to the point where another employee felt she had to step in and push to sell as well. They were honestly worse than car salesmen. We ended up getting a 16x20 canvas for $10.00 with our promotion but future pictures we will be going elsewhere! read more

We had went in there for my daughter's first birthday pictures for a promotional deal. The Photographer that was assigned to us seemed less than excited to help us, which I had brushed off at first. My mother was going to pay for the pictures but she was in Texas, so I mentioned that before we started the session, and immediate I received: "We've never done that, I don't think we can do that." very rudely. Rather than say, "let me check if we can do that" He told us "no". I disregarded and moved on. My wife had some cute ideas to help the photographer out and so that we could make my daughters first birthday pictures better, but he seemed extremely reluctant to assist or give any advice on what to do. He was very short with us (example: "Can you grab your baby") and just rushed us to the next pose. When we were trying to select what pose we would like to keep, the photographer seemed, once again, less than enthused to sit with us and go through these pictures. I understood the promotion was to get us in the door so we could buy extra products, but none of the other options were clearly explained to us. I tried to get further information, but the photographer was very reluctant to explain. It was very frustrating and at which point I decided that I was not worth his time to sell anything extra to. To boot, there were couches for customers to lounge in, but instead there were employees half asleep in them just "hanging-out". Very unprofessional. I would -NOT RECOMMEND- this business if you are looking for a lively, heart warming customer experience. I will gladly take my business to someone who will work for it. read more

Lily took are pictures. She was very nice and professional she worked with us. My only issue is the studio could use some TLC. I would recommend Lily to take pictures. read more

People are OK I guess but when you're told you cannot take a picture with your kids on you're phone right inside the door not even the "studios" kinda ridiculous considering I'm not even in the actual pictures read more

Came for portraits of my one year old and 4 year old on a Friday morning that I happened to be off so that it wasn't busy. There was a fall promotion going on, but I stated that I was only really interested in plain backgrounds when I came in. I don't like the look of the fake trees that are clearly fake in the final product. They insisted on taking them in their order because it's how they do things. My 4 year-old was being a stinker and took awhile to get to cooperate. The baby was being really good. We switched backgrounds to the plain black background. The light on one side of the studio was clearly having an issue and there were shadows that one of the photographers pointed out to the more experienced one. They kept trying to get better pictures on that background though even knowing that the lighting was not good. Then we moved to the other side of the studio where the other background was set up and the lights worked. Now, my kids were sick of photos and wouldn't cooperate. I had to choose between pictures where there were shadows on my kids and they were smiling or photos where they were upset, but lit well. There were also good photos of the background that I said that I disliked from the get go. I chose the ones with the shadows, but I find that I can't wait to replace them with pictures that are going to make me happy when I see them and not disappointed and angry. read more

Customer service was very good. Very friendly. Listened to us about what we wanted however, our Daughter was 11 months at the time of pictures being taken and some of the props scared us a little because we thought she might fall from a chair, for example. Instead of asking us to put her on the chair, I think we should have been asked how we felt about that. It's ok because nothing happend but just saying had something happened we would have been feeling bad. However, the pictures turned out very nice and the package deal was worth the money. I would definitely go back when it's time to take more pics. One more thing is making sure any products bought gets to the guests. If it's sent to the studio maybe the customer should be called instead of email because the studio noted customer was contacted through email that the product was ready for pick-up when in reality I only recieved emails asking to take the survey. When I told them this on the phone they apologized and said it wasn't the first time. It's also happened with other customers. read more
