They have lost 3 of my negative drug tests causeing my prescription to be stopped at the pharmacy. They would frequently forget to call my script in making me go sick. They have so many patients and so little staff frequently there is no one to answer the phone or help when the pharmacy doesnt have your prescription. They have a very high rate of turn over which means you will be repeating your entire recovery story more than once. They also because of 'policy" wont inform you when youre therapist is going to quit, you just come in and boom they are gone. They are a corporation. For profit, out of tennesee. They prioritize writing scripts over all else. The "counselors" will just push sri's and constantly circle your conversations back to meds, even if you say you dont want them. I have been attending for 2 years with no issues other than the above, there has been a change in leadership that unfortunately I could not see eye to eye on my goals and priorities once i retained full time employment, and decided to stop treatment. They did NOT help me taper THEY LET ME GO SICK. It has been an extremely traumatic experience that was very unfair, and I dont want to see this happen to anyone else who has fought so hard everyday. There are many other clinics that will work around your schedule and actually care about you as a patient.
