I went here to buy kitchen drain unblocker and my oh my I was confused with the number of choices available. In the end I ended up picking one after doing some eeny meeny miny moe. The worst 'customer service' I've experienced in my life. Absolutely awful…read more I was told to wait for someone to help me. I waited 20 minutes to then have to track someone down for them to tell me nobody was coming and that they didn't call someone, they just thought I would leave by now. This is on top of being ignored, run away from and intimidated by the security guard because I was standing and waiting in one spot for too long (where I was originally told to wait for help!). Contacted the manager who told me there was nothing to be done because they were short of staff (I'll just say that I was also the only customer in the store).

There is a lot here, but I did feel like I was being talked down to a bit, probably because I didn't look like or sound like I knew exactly what I wanted, maybe the guy was having a bit of a bad day, dunno, but didn't make me want to hang around. I'll definitely come back for small quick fix jobs though, is very conveniently located and they have a shed load of stuff.
