To be fair, we really enjoyed this company in the past. Unfortunately, we now highly advise you…read moreseek assistance elsewhere. Our last experience involved someone coming to our house and charging a large amount for 'labour' and 'dispatch' only to say 'we have to come back'. The subsequent appointment (requiring us to take a day away from work) was cancelled, and the follow up (requiring yet another day from work) involved them coming back to the house only to realize they didn't know what size the part should be (they measured on their last visit), and trying to reschedule yet again. After suggesting I was not willing to take a 4th day from work, they agreed to go buy the correct part and return that day. Then, upon return, realizing they actually can't do the job they promised, and still charging yet more labour for what in the end was a strip of silicone. A strip of silicone. For three days waiting at home and over $400 cost. Stay. Away.

My central air conditioner had stopped working, just blame, stopped. It sounded like the fan motor…read morehad siesed up as there was an electric humming still going but no fan movement. So I, being a hands on type, took it upon myself to see what could be done before I call an expensive repairman. Well as I carefully looked at it and determined that it was a blown capacitor ( a GE dielektrol dual capacitor 370 vac) that was the culprit. Now here I am looking for a $40 part on a Friday evening, there was little to no help of course, but I called ( my last call for the evening ) this place, On Time Electric Plumbing and Heating where I was informed ( yet again) they were not a parts supply store and to get this part I would have to pay their after hours fee $129 (or service call fee) plus the install at $180/hr. Needless to say is said well if you don't just want a quick part sale then goodbye and that is my nice sweaty Friday! Hope yours was better....
