Having said that, he's been proactive in making sure the rental house is in a good shape, including regular annual maintenance. This is to ensure tenants get what they pay for. One thing David really stands out is his responsiveness and timely communications. Tips: believe it or not, best way to contact him is via email. He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.

They insist on doing all communication on a proprietary platform, which requires you establish a login (a truly unnecessary annoyance for simple questions containing no sensitive information). I attempted to give feedback by phone, and admittedly I was annoyed, but my sole point of contact Elmer repeatedly interrupted me in the process, talking over me, to tell me I was wrong. Realizing he had no interest in either my question or my feedback, I hung up before I even got the answer because I was getting angry. I recognize Elmer is an attorney, and is listed in his email signature as such, and as the GM so I'm guessing he has a higher opinion of what he has to say than what a customer is asking. In my opinion, he was condescending, and uninterested in feedback, about a friction point in a key part of the customer experience. Any decent escrow company/officer would have answered questions promptly and sent the forms ahead of time so we'd be prepared. Furthermore, they sent a notary to my house who announced that she was unvaccinated (by choice)!! We have a 5 yr old who CAN'T be vaccinated yet so having an unvaccinated person come to our house and sit at our kitchen table for an hour puts our child at risk. It was awkward and we were put on the spot to complete a signing we were uncomfortable with. Overall a very bad experience. Steer clear of CW Title and Escrow.

Then when signing papers, they told me "it'd be corrected by tomorrow when it all settles". Guess what - it wasn't corrected. After following up with them to ask what happened and why they ignored my email, they said "Sorry, we goofed, but you now have to wait for the bank to send you the check. It'll be 20 business days." An error that I caught and notified them of was ignored, and now $2500 that was erroneously paid to the bank instead of us and all we get is a "sorry sucks to be you." Every real estate transaction I've been privy to has had calculation errors (can title companies not do math??), but this was a bad error, caught, and ignored. Not OK. Will be telling everyone to avoid WFG.

Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company.
