Then there is a button that says cancel zelle payment button on the schwab app. I pressed it, and it said it was canceled. I walked into the schwab brokerage building to deposit a check into my checking account. And the first thing the representative said was oh your using this check to pay your zelle balance? And I told him, that I had canceled that zelle payment on the app. Then the next day I sent money through zelle and it sent immediately this time. Then I was going to send money that night through zelle and my zelle account was locked. Schwab said they would send zelle an email. Then I deposited money into my checking through plaid the day after the zelle incident. Then I tried to login to my schwab app and all it said was i could not log in and to call a number. I called the number and the lady said my account is frozen. That the check I deposited was fake. And that the only way to unfreeze my account was to fax all my income sources. I did not receive any notification that my schwab account was frozen, leading me to believe that schwab thinks I'm the one committing fraud. Then I explained that I had deposited money and it said it would take a few days to process. Then the lady said since your account is frozen schwab will not accept the money. Today, schwab DID accept the money. I have no money because my account is frozen. And every time I call them they say they are working on it.

I had tried on several occasions to contact them. 5 months went by when I found out my step-father had a meeting with them. my stepdad invited me to the meeting with my husband. it was clear from the beginning that Mr Lynch had no intentions of disclosing my mom's account values. he would not give me the dollar amounts on her 2 IRA's. he said I had to make an account with his company before he could give me any of the numbers, even though I am co-trustee of the Estate & a beneficiary. we asked him to disclose my stepdads values to insure us, the family, that my mom's husband was financially stable and had an income. he would not disclose that either. All he said was that the family was not too worry about my stepdads income. he was rude and not professional. His office treated me like I was not a grieving daughter and didn't offer any condolences. My first impression was that this company was taking advantage of a 94 year old man who had just lost his spouse if 50 years. this company was not transparent at all. everything seemed to be a secret. my mom had dementia for over 10 years and I ask myself, due to the way I was treated, is something wrong going on here???? I felt like this company was all about the money and nothing about the "client " dead or alive!!!!! I had to navigate through the paperwork process just to settle my money, on my own. The Lynch group was not responsive to any request by my financial advisor or myself. I ended up having to contact the company that holds all of Lynch's money, to get my IRA's cashed out. I verbally Had indicated that one of the IRA's needed to be rolled over to a inherited IRA. The company did not do as I requested and sent me a check, therefore making my ability to roll that money over to the appropriate account. I ended up having to pay taxes on the full amount even though I had tried to get help from Lynch's office to facilitate the roll over. My financial advisor called them multiple times for help. What a horrible, long drawn out experience I had. I never expected being a beneficiary was so unappealing.

I walked inside and immediately was told I needed to remove my prescription glasses and hat. I inquired why to be told it was for "security measures". I mentioned how my glasses were transitioned lenses and how I need them to see. They didn't seem to care and asked me to remove them. I said no because it seemed excessive considering I'd been a client for several years. I denied their request to remove my glasses. As soon as I walked up to the available teller another gentleman was asking me the same request before I could even hand my debit card or get my balance. I was deeply offended and quite frankly disappointed by the way I was treated. I felt discriminated by the staff. They treated me like I was a street criminal. I'd never felt so discriminated against. I told the staff "I guess I'll have to close my account. Sure enough that same day I did and when I returned to the branch. The staff at the front only asked me to remove my glasses which at that point I obliged only because I was ready to close the account. After years of loyalty it became quite clear that they clearly do not appreciate their members business and are very discriminating/ judgemental on their client's appearances. That was the last strike for me so adios Nuscenda! I'll be taking my business elsewhere where I won't be discriminated against!
