I had to wait until the postmortem was carried out, so there was a delay. Katy as well as being part of Ruby's is also a dear friend of our's. She helped make a heartbreaking time easier to get through & I know she & the rest of the Team looked after him until the funeral itself. The funeral at the Crematorium in Portchester was more like a celebration of his life, Ruby's did him proud. Afterwards people said what a fitting tribute for him, which you cannot ask much for.

Michelle and her partner run a caring, thoughtful, comfotable funeral directors that offer everything you need but with that extra touch. Personable, friendly and definately price competative. They gave us a range of options for different aspects of the funeral and plenty of time to make decisions - there was no rush and no sense of impatience on their part. They even opened up the chapel for me when I phoned them when they were shut so that I could spend a little time with my brother. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They are not cheap, but neither were they the most expensive in the area. I will always be grateful for their help.
