Nobody at this salon has any concern for their customer's time. They always run way over and there is little communication. Sad. Used to be so great.

Most of us had spray tanned before, but she put my mom at ease and talked everyone through the process. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular customer.

Their advertised hours state they are open till 3 PM. The doors were locked. Even though the employee was at the desk, she stated they were closed. I would love to get my minutes refund refunded, but I'm pretty sure the manager will find some excuse around that too.
