They have a lot of flavor options, so there is something for everyone. One of the coolest parts is how they shape the gelato into a flower inside the cone. It is a fun touch and makes it look way better than your standard scoop. The guy working when we visited was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. One thing to know going in though, eat it quickly. Because the flower petals stick out over your hand quite a bit, they melt fast in the Cancun heat and can get messy pretty quickly. Overall, really good gelato, lots of flavors, friendly service, and a cute presentation that makes it worth the stop.

Chamoyada del Mayor, a food truck, does this treat extremely well. They blend fresh fruit syrup/purees in ice (from purified water), then add in sweet and sour gummy toppings - spicy/sour/Chamoy salt and chamoy sauce and you can drink it out of a tamarind straw! It's like sensory overload for your tongue - I've tasted nothing else like it!
