I sold my property through porches and pastures the realtor had her kids with her every time I met with her which I think was throwing her off that's the reason why she accidentally sold my mineral rights with the property... She tried to make up for it by telling me she would give me her prophet of the cell which was $2,500 I then received only a $500 check and ask her why she said she had to pay out the rest of the money to other people for the sale of the house... That was not our agreement... and of course no lawyer will touch this. So I'm out mineral rights for $500 I would never never never refer these people to anybody again for the fact they are not very professional read more
