This is the worst dentist I've ever been too!! Took complete advantage of me not knowing things weren't covered by my insurance! I was supposed to pay 165$, but they talked me into lazer cleaning and some other cleaning for an extra 700$! I had no clue this wasn't covered by insurance! Be careful going here, never get upgraded packages they will screw you!!! When I called Ivette, she is a typical Karen of course!! Let me just start off by saying I've never enjoyed going to the dentist. This was most likely due to the lack of costumer service and for the most obvious reasons, it's never comfortable getting a tooth cleaning or finding out you have a cavity, cracked tooth, whatever it might be. In my case I haven't had a regular teeth cleaning in 3 years, and just had the crown on my bottom right molar come off. I was definitely over-due for a visit. I spent probably an hour searching for a solid dentist office near me with good reviews. I ended up finding this office and scheduling an appointment. I'm so happy and thankful I did. I had a sweet genuine greeting upon checking in, and every person throughout my visit was so nice and knowledgeable. This was the first time a doctor took the time to explain the issues I had with my teeth alignment and why I have TMJ. This wasn't even the reason for my visit which was why I appreciated it so much. The assistant that cleaned my teeth literally laid out a plan for me and spent time going over the essentials I should be using on a daily basis to help keep my teeth clean.
