My fiancé was able to leave with a handful of One Piece cards he'd been looking for and we picked up a Pokémon EX card as well. Other customers were looking through their bulk Pokémon cards so I didn't get a chance to myself, but it looked like they had a fair amount. The staff was super friendly and helped us find what we were looking for, but I will mention that there was virtually no reception in store so if there's something specific you're looking for have it pulled up on your phone before heading in. They make my boys feel like royalty there. The store gets busy sometimes but they still manage to greet everyone and help them all quickly! They are very fair with their trade-ins as well. My son is always trading his cards in, and I make sure he knows what their value is before we ever enter the store. They will make a fair offer and tell you straight-up "we need to allow a small margin for the store". In other words they're honest right up front and tel you why they value something how they do. Several cards we looked at were priced $4 to $5 above marketplace we asked if they match market value as most places do and they said no. No one really seemed willing to help us.
