First, they don't repair what was to be…read morerepaired, my mower now works worse than it did before I took it in, he billed me $387 which I paid in good faith while out of town thinking Miller's Mowers were tustworthy (they're not), I never got a receipt for which I asked on three different occasions, and when I called to complain all of the aforementioned I was consistently interuppted, and told to go "F**K myself" when I asked him to not interrupt me. Problem 2: when we tried to start it the battery was completely dead. Problem 3: I called and spent 20 minutes waiting for them to tell me I will need to return it but they are about to close. Problem 4: I told her we would bring it "right now" if someone would wait 10 minutes. Her response was "no, all my employees have plans after work". "You can drop it off but we don't open until Monday and you will be liable for it" As I told her on the phone before she hung up on me, I will not be liable for what is on their property. This is probably one of the worst customer service interactions with a company I have experienced. I wasted two hours of my time and gas there and back twice for absolutely nothing due to no fault of our own. Clearly they don't check their equipment before sending it out. Clearly a company that does not care about good quality service or return customers. I definitely will not give them my future business. There are other options.

They picked them up after, on their schedule, and did not charge for the days between racing and pick up - hopefully making for more efficiency on their end. Our tires were wearing unevenly on our 5th wheel camper, and Schow's was recommended to us by the…read morelocal Camping World. Shane Brown got us in right away, and Dennis soon diagnosed the problem. The axles were badly misaligned, bushings were missing or torn up, a brake pad was nearly gone and some wheel bearings were bad. This was all shown to us. Shane facilitated some warranty coverage, and we were back on the road! The crazy part is that we just had the wheels and bearings looked at by two RV repair businesses, and they saw nothing wrong except the bearings needed replacement! We aren't local, but if we are ever within a few days drive of Idaho Falls, rest assured that we will be coming back for any wheel or axle work on our camper. Shane, Dennis, and the crew were a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommended their business.
