I've tried making an appointment twice for a cut and color a while back and they weren't able to…read moremake one over the phone right then and said someone would call. They never got back to me either time! I didn't have any strange requests. I wasn't rude or anything. I hate leaving bad reviews, even. I wasn't like "can you turn me blonde today? only today will do!!" I wanted to get a cut and color and wanted to know when the soonest available appointment would be. Weird. In the past they've been great, but after two times of them not caring about my business, I give up. There's other places to go. I wish I could give 4-5 stars, because the stylists are really good...but that doesn't do any good if I can't even get an appointment anymore.
